  1. If you have multiple automatic debits every month on the same account, you might have multiple subscriptions on different e-mail addresses.

  2. By deleting the app from your device you do not automatically cancel your subscription. This action only deletes the application itself. To cancel your subscription please go to: How do I cancel my subscription?

  3. It is not yet possible to change your payment information after you have registered succesfully. We are working hard to make this possible.

  4. Horse Lifestyle will not charge you if you cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You can keep using HorseLifestyle.TV till the day your subscription is automatically cancelled.
    The renewal date can be found on your profile page.

  5. Horse Lifestyle offers a monthly subscription and charges you every month from the date you subscribed to our service.

    If the renewal date is not present in a month (for example the 30th of February), you will be charged on the last day of that month (e.g. the 28th of February) and the billing cycle will continue from that date onwards.
