    If you are on a Public WIFI there might be a limited bandwidth. You can ask the network administrator if streaming services are permitted.

  11. You can experience streaming problems while watching HorseLifestyle.TV as a result of:

    A missing or slow internet connection. Please check the status of your internet connection.

    A browser that is not up to date. Please check if you are using the latest version of your browser.

    A missing videocodec (H264). This can often be solved by updating your browser.

  12. To switch to full screen mode you can click the full screen icon (two diverting arrows) in the videoplayer. If this does not work you might have to update your internet browser.

    To leave the full screen mode you can click on the ‘exit full screen icon’ (two opposing arrows) in the videoplayer or press the Esc button or the F11 button.

  13. Computer

    Check if the audio system is connected to the computer and/or if the volume of your audio is open. On Windows computers you might be able to edit the audio volume per program. (You can check the audio status of your programs by clicking on the speaker icon in your taskbar and select ‘mixer’.)
    Check if the volume control in the videoplayer of HorseLifestyle.TV is active.

    Tablet/Smartphone

    You can use the volume button(s) on your device to increase or decrease the audio volume.

    On an iPhone/iPad there is also a volumebutton in the videoplayer itself. 
    And be aware that there is a ‘silent mode toggler’ on the side of your device. If silent mode is on you won’t be able to hear audio from the video as well. Turn off silent mode to enable the audio.

  14. If HorseLifestyle.TV can’t be connected appropriately, you might experience a problem with your internet connection.

    Fortunatly, we have some tips on how to restore your internet connection.
     

    If you’re on a public WIFI:
    Check with your network administrator if streaming services such as HorseLifestyle.TV are supported. Keep in mind that many public networks have limited bandwidth.

    If you’re using a cellular data network or satellite internet:
    Try a different network if possible. Many cellular data and satellite internet connections have slower connections speeds than DSL or cable internet.
