Profile and settings



  1. Sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Go to your profile page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and select “profile” from the dropdown menu. Behind your renewal date you can click on the button “unsubscribe” to unsubscribe.

    Once you are unsubscribed, you will still be able to log in on your account. Your access to premium content will expire at the end of the current subscription term. If you want to resubscribe to Horse Lifestyle, you can simply click the “resubscribe” button.

  2. Your profile will be automatically deleted if you cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription go to: How can I cancel my subscription?

  3. You can change your profile information on your profile page. Go to your profile page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner, and select “profile” from the dropdown menu. Here you will find the button “Change Profile”. Click on it to change your profile information.

  4. You can change your e-mail address on your profile page. Go to your profile page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner, and select “profile” from the dropdown menu. Here you will find the button “Change E-mail”. Click on it to change your e-mail address.

  5. You can change your password on your profile page. Go to your profile page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner, and select “profile” from the dropdown menu. Here you will find the button “Change Password”. Click on it to change your password.
